Hot flashes, night sweats, and poor sleep
Waking up overheated, struggling to fall back asleep, or feeling flushed during the day.
You don't need to know the name of a treatment to get help. Many of the women we see haven't connected their symptoms to perimenopause or menopause. And if you've been told that low energy, low drive, or bladder leaks are just part of getting older, you deserve a closer look.
Symptom guide
Maybe it's your sleep, your energy, your mood, or your sex life. Maybe someone told you it's just part of getting older. Choose what you're feeling to see what a provider may explore with you.
